ARC is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team! In this position you are responsible for governing the roles and responsibilities of ARC, and its' participating Airlines, by monitoring, analyzing, and recognizing signs of compliance risk by accredited travel Agencies as set out under the Agent Reporting Agreement and Industry Agent Handbook.
Responsibilities- Review and ensure compliance of Accredited Agents within the guidelines set in the Airline Reporting Agreement and Industry Agent Handbook. Effectively escalate areas of concern, findings of investigation in order to provide supporting documentation and data to further ARCs efforts in safeguarding the distribution chain.
- Successfully identify any customer disputes or discrepancies taking needed actions to resolve the issue using excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Work with agencies and internal clients to resolve reporting issues.
- Collaboration with external Ticket Resolution Services (TRS) vendor is fundamental to ensure efficient handling of debit memo escalations. Work within CRM tools and applicable systems at all times.
- Provide successful resolution and recover of funds for dishonored bank drafts within set KPIs.
- Serves as back-up for other team members within the Revenue Integrity department.
Qualifications- 3-5 years' experience in an operational and process driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Salesforce.
- Proficiency in financial acumen and negotiation skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred.
